Privacy policy statement pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679
This information is provided, in compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, to those who are interested in receiving news, information, invitations, publications, institutional communications and newsletters related to the activities carried out by Associazione Terzo Paesaggio ETS.

Definitions
“Personal data“ (ex art. 4 number 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (”data subject"); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more characteristic elements of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
“Special categories of data” (ex art. 9 number 1 of the EU Regulation 2016/679) means those personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to a person's health or sex life or sexual orientation.
“Processing” (ex art. 4 number 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679) means any operation or set of operations, whether or not by automated means, applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Identity of the Data Controller
Pursuant to Article 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679, Associazione Terzo Paesaggio ETS, based in Milan, Via San Bernardo 42, VAT and Tax Code 08977920969, is the Data Controller.

Data subject to processing
The Associazione Terzo Paesaggio ETS, as part of its institutional activity, processes the personal data provided by the interested parties - such as identification data - necessary and useful to achieve the purposes listed below.

Purposes of processing and profiling activities
The purposes of processing for which personal data are collected concern:
- the performance of communication and promotion activities related to the institutional activity of the Association, such as the transmission of news, information, invitations, publications, institutional communications and newsletters by sending e-mails;
- the performance of monitoring, analysis and research activities.
It should be noted that the purposes of the processing for which the personal data provided by the interested party are collected also include profiling activities; in fact, the association requests from the interested parties information concerning the municipality and province of origin for the sole purpose of publicizing and informing the same about events, activities and projects involving the place where the same resides.
The data subject has a legitimate interest in being able to change his or her expressed preferences at any time should he or she deem it appropriate.

Legal basis of processing
The legal basis of processing, with regard to the purposes indicated below, can be found in the consent given by the data subject.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject, in relation to the personal data provided, is entitled to exercise the rights provided by the EU Regulation below:
- data subject's right of access [Art. 15 of the EU Regulation];
- right to rectification [Art. 16 of the EU Regulation];
- right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) [Art. 17 of the EU Regulation];
- right to restriction of processing [Art. 18 of the EU Regulation];
- right to data portability [Art. 20 of the EU Regulation];
- right to object [Art. 21 of the EU Regulation].
The data subject also has the right to proceed, at any time, to withdraw any consent that may have been given. The above rights can be exercised in writing by sending an email to ama@terzopaesaggio.org
Associazione Terzo Paesaggio ETS in compliance with Article 19 of the EU Regulation, undertakes to report to the recipients to whom the data subject's personal data have been disclosed, any rectification, erasure or restriction of processing requested by the data subject, where possible. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

Nature of the provision of data
Consent to the processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose is free but necessary to allow the Third Landscape Association ETS to proceed with the transmission of news, information, invitations, publications, institutional communications and newsletters related to the activities carried out by the association. Any refusal will result in the impossibility for the Data Controller to follow up on the aforementioned purposes.

Communication of data outside the Association
The personal data acquired by the Association may be communicated and/or disseminated externally for various reasons; in particular, the data may be made available to subjects who carry out activities to manage the Association's IT system and, competent authorities and/or public bodies and supervisory and control bodies for the possible fulfillment of legal obligations. These parties, when appropriate, will be formally appointed as External Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679. The detailed list of recipients to whom personal data are disclosed is available upon request from the data subject.

Method of processing
Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized and telematic form and entered into the relevant databases that can be accessed, and therefore come to the attention of, the Association's Executive, collaborators, interns and insiders.
These subjects may carry out consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other appropriate operation, including automated operations in compliance with the provisions of the law necessary to ensure, among other things, the confidentiality and security of the data as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data to the stated purposes.

Transfer of data to third countries outside the EU
Personal data will not be transferred to non-EU countries in any way.

Changes and updates
Associazione Terzo Paesaggio ETS may also make changes and/or additions to this information notice as a consequence of any and all subsequent regulatory changes and/or additions.
